ALLUBI operates online and ships orders. Check your delivery address and the shipping options displayed at checkout before paying.

U.S. shipping

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of $50 or more. Below that threshold, available rates depend on the order and delivery address. Checkout displays the final shipping charge.

Canada and international orders

UPS and DHL options are configured for Canada and supported European destinations. Availability and cost depend on your address and the order. A service configured in the store does not guarantee a rate for every address. We do not promise a fixed international delivery time.

Return eligibility

Eligible non-food items must be unused and in their original packaging. Request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. Opened yerba mate cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons; unopened sealed food may be eligible.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact support@allubiyerbamate.com with your order number and photos where applicable. Contact us before sending a return.
